I took a leap into Technology upon my graduation from Temasek Poly. However, I have come to realize that Robotics System may not be the right path for me as through my months of practice, I was unable to feel a strong sense of accomplishment until it was something related to designing. Therefore, I decided end my journey as a Robotics System Student.
Although the time spent in the field of studies was short, I have still gained alot of knowledge that I believe would be helpful to me in the near future.

3D Printing with Fusion 360
Through DiCE micromodule, I was introduced to Autodesk Fusion 360. I was tasked to CAD a name plate and set the 3D file for printing.

3D Printing with SolidWorks
In mechanical engineering, I was given an opportunity to learn how to use SolidWorks. Similar to Rhino and Fusion 360, Solidworks is another comuputer aided design software that is famous among engineers. In this particular project, I was given approximately 12 hours to complete a design for my Time of Flight and Ultra Sonic Sensors. Through this exercise, I learn the importance of details and time management and the design process. As I have yet to master the software and I did not have much time during my designing process, my design was unable to sercure my sensors. However, this has been a good learning process for me and I felt that I have another software skill up my sleeve.
